Senior Sales Business Information Consultant- Paragon Healthcare
About the position
A proud member of the Elevance Health family of companies, Paragon Healthcare brings over 20 years in providing life-saving and life-giving infusible and injectable drug therapies through our specialty pharmacies, our infusion centers, and the home setting. The Senior Business Information Consultant is responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Establishes, improves, and optimizes the consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results.
ā¢ Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for various business segments in the SBU for top management decision-making.
ā¢ Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
ā¢ May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products.
ā¢ May require strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems.
ā¢ May coordinate with external audits as appropriate.
ā¢ Acts as the central contact with internal departments and external auditors.
Requirements
ā¢ Requires a BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Experience providing leadership in evaluating financial performance of complex organizations strongly preferred.
ā¢ Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills strongly preferred.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and draw up plans to address issues/concerns strongly preferred.
