What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Timely and accurate input of payroll related items for assigned locations
- Audit facility data to ensure accuracy and consistency with policy and procedure
- Process completed payroll and prepare checks for distribution according to assigned schedules
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to quality and safety standards
- Work closely and professionally with others to ensure payroll processing efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three (3) years' experience in payroll preferred
- Payroll experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- General computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and process payroll with little or no supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service role
- Familiarity with payroll systems and software
