Senior Risk and Resilience Product Manager
About the position As theSenior Manager, you will spearhead the product strategy and development for bolthires's risk and resilience solutions. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic product roadmaps that align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. This role involves driving portfolio growth and taking products from initial development through go-to-market strategy and customer deployment, ultimately enhancing connectivity and security for individuals and businesses.The focus will be to re-envision our risk solutions (CRP/CRP, Cyber Risk Management, EIP) in a manner that allows for scalable and repeatable solutions to our customers. Responsibilities • Proactively identify and anticipate market needs to drive product innovation. • Partner with engineering, operations, sales, and customers to align product development with market demands and maximize ROI. • Develop and execute a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for the service portfolio, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and alignment with bolthires's objectives.• Drive the vision and direction for assigned product lines. • Define, track, and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to prioritize and align efforts. • Leverage product and market expertise to support Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. • Champion the product portfolio both internally and externally. • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners and internal teams to achieve product goals. • Analyze and communicate market opportunities to secure resources and support.• Conduct regular operational reviews and provide status updates. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. • Four or more years of product management leadership experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), Cloud Security, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Cybersecurity solutions, Vulnerability Research, or other relevant security solutions.• Experience with business case development and market research. • Experience with Agile development processes and monthly or weekly product release cycles. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with best-practices-based product innovation concepts such as human-centered design thinking, lean, and agile development. • Strong communication and rapport-building skills to partner with sales, finance, engineering, and the customers to understand their needs and requirements. • Conveyed your ideas in compelling and persuasive ways to a variety of audiences.• Led a team to achieve goals. • Security Clearance(s).
