[Remote] Customer Support Representative - East Coast Hours

They are looking for a Customer Support Representative to act as a liaison between Technical Support and Product Teams, manage client account activations, and gather customer feedback to enhance services.ResponsibilitiesPerform set-up and configurations within the Comply platform to effectively activate new client accountsRespond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain exceptional customer satisfactionManage customer account activation implementations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet deadlinesReview and interpret data received from various sources, identifying any discrepancies in data received and accurately uploading the data into the Comply platformPrioritize incoming customer support cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentManage support case details in our case tracking systemRespond to customer questions, update clients on project status, and troubleshoot issues promptlyCollaborate daily with our Technical Support and Product Development teams to represent our customers’ needs, both immediate and long-termManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and reach deadlinesProvide efficient productivity and exceed client’s expectations for supportSkillsMust be open to working multiple East Coast hour shifts including: East Coast Shift 1: 8AM(EST) -4PM(EST) Monday through FridayEast Coast Shift 2: 9AM(EST)- 5PM(EST) Monday through FridayEast Coast Shift 3: 10AM(EST)-6PM(EST) Monday through FridayBachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experienceMust be open to work evenings, occasional weekends, and/or holidaysExcellent customer-facing and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to accurately analyze and interpret dataExceptional organizational and time management skillsSuperior troubleshooting, resolution, and analysis skillsAbility to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projectsMajor in Accounting, Finance or Economics is a plus!Previous experience in a high-volume call environment and/or customer support role is a plus!Experience with Salesforce.com (or other CRM systems), SaaS technology, MS Office, and software support is a plus!Company OverviewCOMPLY provides and offers resources and consultation services on technical and professional skills for the compliance industry.
