Job Description
ā¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the business services industry.
ā¢ Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing methods.
ā¢ Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client engagement to successful placement.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
ā¢ Provide market insights and guidance to clients to support their hiring strategies.
ā¢ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
ā¢ Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and candidates effectively.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:
ā¢ Proven experience in recruitment or a related sales role.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of the business services industry.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
