Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Security Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve customer technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to address technical blockers. Work with all arenaflex Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in customer and partner environments. Support arenaflex Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, owning technical aspects of solutions, and delivering technical presentations, product briefings, and demos to customers, partners, and stakeholders. Attend customer sites, meetings, and other relevant events where applicable. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 10 years of experience in security or cloud native models in a customer-facing role. Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems). Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field, as well as certifications in Cloud or Security industries. Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack vectors, zero trust, etc.). Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Essential Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance principles. Experience with cloud-based security solutions and technologies. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
