Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular audits and reviews of company processes, procedures, and documentation to identify any areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans to address any quality issues or deficiencies. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistent understanding and application throughout the organization. Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance regulations and guidelines, staying up-to-date with any changes and ensuring compliance. Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards. Work closely with management to develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Communicate and collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. Participate in the development and implementation of new products or services, providing input on quality assurance requirements. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may impact the organization's quality standards. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and procedures. Serve as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities and findings for reporting and regulatory purposes.
