You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are passionate about ensuring quality at every stage of the development lifecycle. You are not only confident in manual testing but also eager to integrate AI driven testing tools and workflows to elevate productivity, test coverage, and defect detection.You bring deep expertise in exploratory and structured testing, contribute to team best practices, and are proactive in monitoring production behavior and user experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES Own and lead manual testing of complex features across multiple environmentsDrive exploratory and regression testing using structured documentation and product knowledgeIdentify, log, and track reproducible issues with precision using bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira)Analyze production logs and real-user behavior to proactively identify quality gapsCreate and maintain detailed test cases, checklists, and QA documentationCollaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure reliable CI/CD test coverageEvaluate and integrate AI-powered tools (e.g. test generation, log analysis, visual regression) into QA workflowsSet up and manage test environments, staging pipelines, and job configurationsConduct load/stress testing and performance investigationsAct as a quality advocate across sprint planning, reviews, and release cyclesMentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of proactive quality ownership REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in software QA or testing roles, including ownership of end-to-end qualityDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldStrong understanding of manual testing methodologies and defect life cycleProficiency with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and version control (e.g., Git)Practical experience using Postman and similar tools for API validationHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness processesProficiency with browser developer tools and basic terminal/command-line usageStrong verbal and written English communication skillsFamiliarity with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., test case generation, smart test prioritization, AI log analysis) NICE TO HAVE Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for automated test developmentUnderstanding of backend technologies, APIs, and familiarity with PHP or related languagesExperience working in Linux environments and using Bash scriptingHands-on with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Testim, Mabl, or AI-based bug triaging tools) in a QA context Additional Information BENEFITS:Convenient work toolsLatest Mac workplaces + additional hardware to make you more effective at workGoogle Chat, Gmail, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, GitLabProfessional growthFree trainings and participation in specialized conferencesRich knowledge exchange within the companyMore perksHealth insurance (Medical, dental and optical)- Employee and dependantsFlexible hours: organize your day according to your needs and sprint & teamwork demandsNo dress codeComfortable and new office environmentThe duties of this position may change from time to time so the individual and organization can achieve their results.
