Senior Project Manager - Software and Web Development

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development of our Ecommerce and web platforms, supporting independent retailers in North America as they adopt and embrace new digital marketing solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with software developers, stakeholders, and management to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical projects. Your expertise will be crucial in managing internal timelines, deliverables, and client communications, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business results by managing the on-time, on-budget delivery of key technical project milestones. You will work across multiple stakeholders and departments to understand and define project requirements and success measurements, fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and transparency. Your experience with Agile development processes will be essential in managing technical projects across our IT and digital business units.
Your key responsibilities will include planning and managing multiple complex technical projects, driving project-related change management, participating in Agile ceremonies, and delivering value by leading project teams and driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other Project Managers. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and blockers, optimizing workflows, and developing creative solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage multiple complex technical projects within the digital and information technology realm
Drive project-related change management and participate in Agile ceremonies
Deliver value by leading project teams and driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other Project Managers
Identify risks and blockers, optimize workflows, and develop creative solutions to complex problems
Facilitate artifact meetings, ensure expectations are met, and aid in the coordination of vital team meetings and communications
Support the definition of workflows and team processes, including visual and documentation methods
Coordinate meetings between various teams or people to aid in the progression of projects or work tasks
Champion communication and coordination of urgent matters, including participating in postmortem activities

Requirements:

4+ years of experience working as a Project Manager, with experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects in a technology company
Demonstrated experience managing complex digital or technical projects from inception to launch and stabilization
Experience working closely with developers, QA, product managers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality products and features
Agile experience, including Scrum and Kanban
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
High level of English proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Monday.com, with experience working with programming languages a plus
