About the role: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for executing a portfolio of activities required to successfully integrate acquired companies into Boston Scientific systems, processes, and facilities. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, disciplined project management, fact-based decision-making, and collaborative stakeholder leadership. Serving as a pivotal liaison between integration leaders and senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager ensures alignment between integration strategy and operational execution. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proven track record of accountability and success leading complex initiatives across a matrixed organization and brings both project and business leadership experience. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: This position is based Hybrid at our Maple Grove, MN location and requires employees to be in the office at least 3 days per week to support collaboration and alignment with key business stakeholders. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Responsibilities
• Integration & Program Leadership
• Lead the Integration Leadership Team to successfully integrate all aspects of acquired companies into Boston Scientific
• Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans in partnership with Marketing, Finance, R&D, Clinical, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory leaders
• Maintain accountability for cost, schedule, and performance across the integration portfolio
• Represent the business in key financial processes, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and forecasting
• Lead effective decision-making through strong judgment, strategic questioning, and analysis of options and implications
• Make and execute operational decisions with an enterprise-level, strategic perspective
• People & Stakeholder Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers supporting integration initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder partnerships to advance organizational objectives
• Communicate clearly, credibly, and decisively with senior leadership across divisions and functions
• Apply deep understanding of business objectives to ensure strategic imperatives are met
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, BSI, EEO)
• Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality in all actions
• Ensure appropriate resources are maintained to support compliance with the Boston Scientific Quality System
• Promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of broad, cross-functional experience within the medical device industry, including product development
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Project management
• Functional leadership in product development
• Portfolio management
• Commercial experience (sales or marketing)
• Business strategy development
• Proven ability to lead and execute a portfolio of complex projects
• Strong business acumen and strategic thought leadership
• Demonstrated success motivating cross-functional teams to achieve results above plan
• Ability to excel in collaborative, matrixed environments
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
