And we're growing! Our Banking & Financial Services Consulting group is looking for a Consulting Manager to join our journey. We're looking for someone who is experienced with commercial lending origination platforms such as nCino, Finastra or Similar. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing deep subject matter expertise in commercial lending. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial loan products, a strong analytical background, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology solutions. This is a key role that combines business strategy with technical expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of lending systems in loan originations.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.

Advise client stakeholders and support ideation and creation of roadmap.
,
Provide deep subject matter expertise in commercial lending.
,
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of commercial lending origination systems.
,
Ensure that systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Develop reports and dashboards for tracking loan performance and key business metrics.
,
Accountable for overall quality and consistency of requirements.
,
Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Commercial Lending originations with 3+ years in leadership role.
,
Experience taking detailed requirements directly from client, including functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
,
Extensive knowledge of commercial lending processes and regulations.
,
Proven experience in system development and project management.
,
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership and technical teams.
,
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with commercial lending origination platforms such as nCino, Finastra, or similar systems.

Experience in regulatory compliance in commercial lending.
