About the Role We're on the hunt for a talented Senior Project Manager to lead our Food & Beverage projects with precision, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they're executed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business growth, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining the high standards that Ryan Companies is known for. Key Responsibilities Negotiate and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and business provisions. Resolve project issues with a collaborative approach, focusing on win-win solutions that benefit all parties. Demonstrate natural leadership skills, ensuring project responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately. Develop and implement strategies to win project bids, including preparing bid documents, negotiating subcontracts, and delivering sales presentations. Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and municipalities. Travel to project sites as needed to oversee progress and address on-site challenges. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in industrial, cold storage, or Food & Beverage projects. A proven track record of managing projects with contract values ranging from $10M to $100M+. Advanced knowledge of the design-build construction process, including preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and cost control. Strong local relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and municipalities. Eligibility to work in the US and verification of employment eligibility. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: A salary range of $119,400 - $149,250 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities through commission and/or incentive programs.
