As a Senior Project Manager, your mission is to build lasting trust with customers by consistently delivering project excellence. You will act as the bridge between Sales, Post-Sales, and Product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and creating the foundation for long-term customer success and business expansion. your challenge Initiate, plan, manage and execute customer deliveries; Effectively communicate/present complex technical topics to different audiences and manage conversations to drive decisions Closely align with the sales representatives, product and engineers to find the best way forward to meet customer expectations; Understand technical customer processes, systems and data and match these with LiveEO ’s data requirements, solutions and earth observation data availability; Lead customer calls and communicate details of LiveEO ’s technical capabilities to the interested customer, help to set and manage expectations; Execute project management best practices delivering our solution and to meet customer expectations; Manage information flow between the customer, sales team and tech team; Ensure industry project management best practices from requirements management, project documentation, task management, etc are implemented; Mentor or oversee project execution of junior team members your profile 8+ years experience project management, sales engineering or professional services management; Degree in business or IT, specialisation in project management; Excellent analytical capabilities: An organised and precise character with foresight for an excellent planning & risk mitigation; Strong track record of goal-oriented execution; High degree of self-management and process efficiency; Independent and reliable work-style; High willingness to engage and communicate with customers; English professional working proficiency; Experience in using GIS solutions, previous experience in the earth observation or GIS industry is a plus; Knowledge of satellite technology and knowledge of ML and DL algorithms is a plus; Work extremely well under pressure and use innovative mindset and problem-solving skills to achieve their goals on time. your benefits Gain direct insights into and influence strategic business decisions shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, while working on cutting-edge SaaS and AI solutions that enhance business processes and lives globally.
