UX/UI Designer (Remote)

In this role, you'll lead the redesign of user onboarding and cross-platform experiences for both mobile and web applications. Your focus will be on creating seamless, consistent workflows that enhance usability and user satisfaction. Working with AI-assisted design tools, you'll accelerate the ideation process and collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide implementable design specifications. • Create intuitive cross-platform workflows that ensure consistency and unity.
• Conduct user journey mapping and improve interaction design.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for rapid wireframing and prototyping.
• Integrate AI workflows into the design process for enhanced efficiency.
• Deliver clear design specifications and collaborate with product managers and developers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Analyze onboarding metrics and user behavior to enhance workflow performance.
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications.
• Experience with B2B and B2C SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing onboarding and cross-platform design.
• Proficiency with Figma and AI-powered design tools.
• Experience with complex systems and multi-step workflows.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills for translating design into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments.
