What You Will Be Doing
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, scope management, quality control, resource management, and ensuring a successful completion. You will be working closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and with quality results.
What You Need for this Position
More than 10 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of construction management including:
??Commercial and Residential projects preferred
??Commercial projects is a plus
??Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
??Exceptional organizational skills
??Experience with pre-construction, estimating RFIs, change orders, and submittals
??Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative skills-ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management
??Knowledge of Procore software
