About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Marketing Specialist to join our US Customer Education and Programs team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in introducing our innovative Renal Denervation (RDN) therapy to the US market and supporting the development of this new market. RDN is a groundbreaking procedure that helps patients lower blood pressure by targeting specific nerves near the kidneys, and we believe it has the potential to transform the lives of millions of people around the world. Key Responsibilities Manage the execution of our established Symplicity Blood Pressure Procedure Speaker Program series, including in-person peer-to-peer programs, national broadcasts, and IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) offerings. Support field sales reps and market development specialists on the execution of programmatic offerings and provide guidance on customer education and programs. Liaise with HCP faculty to ensure on-label messaging and coordination of events, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop topic-specific content and webinars to support current educational needs. Project manage and gain approvals for associated content and materials required to support customer education and programs, and work with internal partners to develop promotional items. Build a strong understanding of existing barriers to adoption of the Symplicity Blood Pressure Procedure and determine what customer education and new programs (or evolutions) are needed to support launch acceleration. Travel required to support programs, conferences, POA meetings, and rep training, with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Education role in a medical device or healthcare industry. A Master's or other Advanced Degree is preferred, and experience with content development for HCPs, US marketing experience in complex matrix business structures, and the ability to synthesize clinical data and technical information are also desirable. Essential Skills and Competencies Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, HCP faculty, and customers. Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong understanding of customer education and program development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information. Experience with digital marketing and market development is preferred, as well as presentation skills and experience with Salesforce.com. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a range of health and wellness programs, retirement savings plans, and employee recognition programs. Our salary ranges for US locations (excluding PR) are between $90,400 and $135,600 per year, and this position is eligible for a short-term incentive plan.
