Day to Day
You have deep experience and a proven track record of delivering insightful analysis that scalable solutions to marketing analytics needs. Proactively seeking partnerships across teams, you will help define key metrics and create goals. You will execute complex ad-hoc analyses with little direction and with a high degree of rigor. You will develop replicable processes that improve efficiency and enable marketers to effectively meet their data needs. You will be responsible for your own roadmap. You will work with analytics teams to improve attribution and reporting methodologies. You will support marketers in developing and testing hypotheses that can help grow their program.
As a data-driven, analytical, and passionate problem solver, your role owns a vital component of our marketing programs’ impact: acquisition data. You will be involved from the very beginning of each new campaign, and you will know how that campaign impacted the bottom line. As we kick off a new marketing strategy, you will be there to help us discover, scope, identify, and prioritize the data we need to power our audience segmentations, site optimization tests, and campaign performance measurement. You will be responsible for improving program strategy, segmentation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities
• Proactively collaborate and influence across teams to plan, launch, execute, measure and optimize marketing programs within a single or multiple channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid/Organic Social, Online Video, TV, Audio, Direct Mail, Email, Web, Landing Page Optimization
• Collaborate effectively with creative and/or media agency vendors
• Define requirements for analytics partners
• Own A/B testing roadmap to validate and optimize performance of marketing programs
• Have a deep understanding of how your key performance metrics are attributed. Work with analysts to develop better attribution methodologies.
• Set goals, define priorities, and create roadmap for your marketing program
• Monitor and report on performance of programs against goals
• Examine data to identify opportunities for program improvement.
• Propose and implement new ideas that can drive incremental impact
• Have a deep understanding of how your key performance metrics are attributed.
• For paid marketing programs, create budget proposals and be held accountable your budget and Cost-per-Acquisition targets
Skills/Competencies
• 5+ years experience launching, measuring, optimizing and reporting on growth-oriented performance marketing channels such as paid social, or search.
• 3+ years experience of developing marketing goals, strategy, priorities, plans and budgets.
• Experience owning and managing an A/B testing roadmap, which includes test design, implementation, measurement, and drawing business insights
• Excellent project management skills, proficiency in Excel with excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work with professionals from multiple internal disciplines (eg, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering Analytics, etc.), including external creative or media agency partners
• Experience defining requirements for analytics or engineering teams in order to improve attribution and reporting.
• Proficiency in tools and software related to the channels you will manage

US Remote 126,000 - 183,000 USD per year
Austin 126,000 - 183,000 USD per year
Seattle 145,000 - 210,000 USD per year
San Francisco Metro Area 157,000 - 228,000 USD per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
