As a Senior Program Manager, you will be the central orchestrator for the memory subsystem, responsible for the entire lifecycle – from concept to mass production. You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of programs related to our advanced memory technologies, ensuring seamless integration with Apple's core SoC architecture, and collaborating closely with diverse engineering teams.

Your Impact: A Key Link in a High-Performing Ecosystem
You will serve as the vital connection point between Apple's Architecture, Memory Regulator Design and DV, DDR PHY, SoC Product Engineering, and Software teams. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Program Leadership: Define and execute comprehensive program plans for memory subsystem development, validation, and integration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and facilitate communication across multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring alignment and proactive issue resolution.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of SoC/VLSI/Memory Chip Design, Validation, and Integration to guide technical decisions.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, proactively driving solutions to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Lead and drive troubleshooting efforts for complex memory-related issues, collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in program management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with external memory vendors and oversee the validation and integration of memory gadgets.


What You'll Bring: Essential Skills and Experience

Proven Program Management Prowess: 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related multi-functional leadership role.
Deep Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of high-performance memory subsystems, including SoC memory architecture, advanced DDR regulators, PHY design, and high-speed IO interfaces.
Exceptional Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Leadership & Initiative: Proactive and results-oriented with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
Agile Development Experience: Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments.
Bonus Points: Experience working with major memory vendors and validating memory gadgets.
