About the Role As a Senior Program Manager I, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners across the company. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our programs, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization. Key Responsibilities Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs, including executive and key partner communications, to ensure seamless collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and utilization gains. Lead a governance structure that enables effective executive decision-making, ensuring that programs are aligned with organizational objectives. Define and manage a program portfolio that targets high business impact for the organization, driving strategic growth and innovation. Build alliances with cross-org and cross-functional stakeholders who have similarly aligned priorities, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program or project management, demonstrating a strong track record of success in leading complex projects. Preferred Qualifications Ideally, you will have: 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, with a proven ability to drive collaboration and achieve results. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders. Strong program management skills, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation. A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and drive business outcomes. A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$246,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
