FinTech Instructor
Company Description Fintech Scholars is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a student-led academy redefining finance and technology education. Our free, cohort-based programs allow students to gain real-world finance and tech skills through peer-led instruction, interactive workshops, and a capstone project with final assessments. Beyond the classroom, participants engage in clubs, competitions, creating a vibrant, collaborative community of students spanning high school to college. We aim to empower the next generation of leaders in the finance and technology sectors. Role Description This is a volunteer remote role for a FinTech Instructor. The FinTech Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging course content related to finance and technology. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating interactive workshops, guiding students through capstone projects, providing feedback, and assisting with peer-led instruction. The FinTech Instructor will collaborate with other instructors and mentors to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Qualifications • Strong understanding of finance and technology concepts • Experience in teaching, training, or instructional design • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to engage and inspire students in a remote learning environment • Passion for education and empowering the next generation of leaders • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Education, or related field is a plus • Experience with interactive workshops and project-based learning Apply tot his job
