They are trusted by some of the world's most ambitious brands, including Apple, Nike, T-Mobile, and The Trevor Project, demonstrating their ability to deliver exceptional results for a diverse range of clients.ResponsibilitiesTake designs created by your Creative leads and execute them across multiple break points, from production to Development handoff.Create pixel perfect templates in Sketch and Photoshop, with the ability to utilize Symbols in Sketch and Vector Smart Objects, Actions, Masking, and use Guides in Photoshop — for marketing assets across channels: banners, DMs, social, etc.Keep optimizing your workflow, and maintain your folders organized , files clean following the client convention.Be detail oriented and follow clients standard process for clean and efficient production work.Ensure that your work is aligned with the brand and its creative standards, showing consistency and best practices.Welcome feedback from clients and teammates. Keeping an open mind to different perspectives will only make the work better.Show proficiency in Sketch and Adobe suite - specifically Photoshop.Qualifications and Job Requirements5+ years of experience as a Production designer.A portfolio demonstrating creative work that is organized and detail oriented.A positive spirit and team player attitude, always looking to collaborate crossfunctionally.Mastery in Adobe Photoshop and Sketch.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Keynote.Professional digital design experience, bonus if it’s with a marketing agency.Knowledge of design accessibility guidelines.
