OKX Pay is building the Next Generation Stablecoin Super Account — a non-custodial platform where users can store, earn, and spend stablecoins seamlessly and globally. Yield is one of the core pillars of this vision, bringing users safe, transparent, and competitive returns powered by both DeFi and real-world assets (RWA). About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep Web3 yield expertise to own and scale yield offerings within OKX Pay. This role goes beyond packaging APYs — it’s about building infrastructure and experiences that combine DeFi protocols, RWA integrations, compliance frameworks, and user trust. You’ll drive how yield becomes a defining value proposition of the super account. What You’ll Be Doing Lead product strategy and execution for yield features within OKX Pay. Design experiences that make stablecoin yield safe, transparent, and user-friendly. Integrate with DeFi protocols, L2 ecosystems, and RWA platforms to source yield. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal to define frameworks for safe and compliant yield. Work with data and research teams to optimize yield routing and portfolio performance. Stay ahead of DeFi and RWA trends, translating them into user-facing opportunities. What We Look For In You 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in Web3/DeFi. Strong knowledge of stablecoins, DeFi yield protocols, staking, and RWA tokenization. Experience building or integrating yield products at scale. Comfort balancing Web3-native design with compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate yield mechanics into intuitive UX. A builder’s mindset: entrepreneurial, resourceful, and execution-focused. Nice to Haves Ex-founder or startup experience is a strong plus. OKX Statement: The salary range for this position is $223,611 to $313,055. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
