OKX Pay is building the Next Generation Stablecoin Super Account — a non-custodial platform where users can store, earn, and spend stablecoins seamlessly and globally. At the core of this vision is the wallet: the secure, compliant, and user-friendly entry point into stablecoin finance. About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong Web3 wallet expertise to lead wallet initiatives within OKX Pay. This role covers the foundations of non-custodial infra — security, account standards, recovery, cross-chain support — as well as the UX that makes wallets intuitive for mainstream users. You’ll shape how OKX Pay becomes the most trusted and widely adopted stablecoin wallet globally. What You’ll Be Doing Lead product strategy and execution for wallet infra and UX within OKX Pay. Drive innovation around account models (EOA, MPC, AA), recovery flows, and compliance-forward design. Collaborate with engineering to build secure, scalable infra for non-custodial wallets. Work with compliance to ensure wallet services align with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. Shape wallet integrations with payments, yield, and external Web3 ecosystems. Stay at the forefront of wallet standards (ERC-4337, passkeys, MPC) and apply them to real-world use cases. What We Look For In You 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in wallets, infra, or Web3 products. Deep knowledge of non-custodial wallet infra (EOA, MPC, AA), multi-chain support, and recovery models. Experience shipping wallet or security-related features at scale. Understanding of compliance considerations for wallet design. Strong technical depth and ability to collaborate closely with engineering. A user-centric mindset: able to translate complex wallet infra into simple, intuitive UX. Nice to Haves Ex-founder or startup experience is a strong plus. OKX Statement: The salary range for this position is $223,611 to $313,055. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
