Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and online chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries were resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with team members to share information and enhance service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telechat or call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including chat systems.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers find solutions.
PAY RATE: $21.30 - $32.91 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telechat or call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
