You will collaborate with talented software engineers, scientists, designers, and marketing specialists across the company to develop innovative marketing solutions that enhance customer experience, marketer productivity and drive business growth.Key job responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy : Create and communicate a compelling long-term vision for a product. Define the strategy for achieving the vision, including user stories, customer benefits, and alignment with organizational strengths.
- Product Roadmaps : Define a plan which optimizes the sequence of deliverables and timelines, making transparent tradeoffs as appropriate.
- Program Management : Plan, coordinate, and manage programs to achieve goals. Includes mitigating delivery risks, tracking progress, communicating and driving alignment among stakeholders and project teams, and delivering results.
- System Design : Develop functional and non-functional requirements by understanding and clarifying assumptions, needs, and system dependencies, taking into account tradeoffs in terms of scalability, maintainability, extensibility, performance, and security.
- Written Communication : Communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely in writing to influence stakeholders.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
