Senior Product Manager: Product Strategy, Roadmap & Process Optimization for Growing SaaS Platform
We're a growing B2B SaaS platform and need an experienced Product Manager to help us get our product operations in order and define our next phase of growth.
Scope:
Audit our current product development process and identify gaps (prioritization, stakeholder alignment, feedback loops)
Define a product strategy framework — how we should evaluate opportunities, prioritize the backlog, and align with business goals
Build a 90-day product roadmap with clear themes, milestones, and dependencies
Write a detailed PRD for our highest-priority initiative (includes an AI/automation component)
Design a KPI and measurement framework — what metrics to track, how to instrument them, and how to run experiments
Recommend improvements to our cross-functional workflows (engineering, design, sales, operations)
Deliverables:
Product process audit with recommendations
Product strategy framework document
90-day prioritized roadmap
One detailed PRD (including AI/automation feature)
KPI & experimentation framework
Cross-functional workflow improvements memo
Ideal candidate has experience with B2B SaaS platforms, cross-functional team leadership, data-driven decision making, and familiarity with AI/ML product features. Bonus: marketplace or monetization experience.
