**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with arenaflex agents and other stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and other partners to drive business growth
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience in customer service management or a related field
* Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

**Preferred Qualifications:**
