Let’s talk.We are hiring aSeniorProduct Manager - Key integrations who will work on our strategic integrations: ensuring seamless flow of data between Aircall and our customers’ tools of work, while collaborating with our strategic partners to create a best-of-class ecosystem around our product. This person will have to align with Engineering, Data Analysts, Go To Market teams and Product Marketing to define Aircall’s vision for his/her scope of work and make it a success. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the “Key integrations” product scope, defining its vision to achieve the company’s goals and working with a team of 10+ engineers to deliver the expected value to users
Responsible for leveraging the Product Analytics team to take data-driven decisions on the path to objective achievement
Responsible for every part of the product related to key integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Monday, Pipedrive & others.
Responsible for aligning leaders of other functions around strategic product-led initiatives Qualifications:
+5 years of business experience using analytics to drive product results
Extensive experience in working with B2B SaaS softwares as a Product lead, ideally integrating different products in a unified experience
You have successfully driven the release of several product, features or flows and closely monitored their impacts on business metrics
You are empathetic and understand the need for your stakeholders to be aligned and compelled to your vision
Clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills
You are fluent in English (Spanish or French will be a plus)
