Job Overview As a Senior Product Manager at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our e-commerce products. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive product strategies, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our clients. This is a full-time, 8-hour-a-day opportunity with a competitive salary of $32/hour. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with blithequark's overall business objectives, leveraging client feedback, market research, and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX design, and data science to deliver products that exceed client expectations. Serve as the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that the product team receives the necessary guidance and support. Create and maintain a product roadmap and backlog that prioritize client needs and business goals, focusing on high-impact work. Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team and across the organization. Drive the achievement of testing objectives and high standards of performance, motivating others to strive for excellence. Work closely with product teams across blithequark to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing your own objectives. Essential Qualifications A four-year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 4+ years of product management experience or comparable domain experience, preferably in e-commerce, utilizing technologies such as search, suggestions, or AI-powered products. Proven track record of driving collaboration across different teams to ensure alignment and focus on solving client problems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform assumptions, recommendations, and drive decision-making. Preferred Qualifications A demonstrated history of building unique and engaging client experiences informed by data from various sources (market research, A/B testing, client research). Experience in transforming ambiguous problems into a clear product vision, strategy, and learning plan to drive product development from concept to launch. Strong leadership capacity, self-motivated and directed, with the ability to lead rapidly growing teams. A passion for storytelling and product craftsmanship, with a systems thinker mindset. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a blend of technical, business, and soft skills. This includes a deep understanding of product development processes, proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, and excellent project management skills.
