As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our data-driven team, driving the analysis, evaluation, development, implementation, and assessment of machine learning models that are crucial to our business. Key Responsibilities Drive the analysis, evaluation, development, implementation, and assessment of machine learning models that are fundamental to our business Turn vast amounts of data into business insights that enhance the client experience and drive discovery and efficiency for application developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Design Develop and maintain large-scale data models, architectures, and pipelines Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field At least 6 years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the digital advertising industry or product assessment Hands-on experience working with clickstream data and A/B experimentation Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and Tableau Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field Experience with data base modeling and data warehousing principles Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Skill and Competency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
