Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design for a pillar of Netflix's Partner Enablement Stage XD team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating the applications, tools, and services that scale Netflix's global presence through partnerships. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and business partners to build innovative solutions that delight our users. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of enterprise experiences that power Netflix's partner experiences, enabling Netflix to be streamed on any device, anywhere Identify, analyze, and drive strategic partner initiatives that enable cutting-edge experiences Create design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical drives Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, tech writers, and business teams to develop and iterate new ideas and work with product execution Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Netflix's partner ecosystem and the technical systems that support it Lead design discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the Partner Enablement Stage XD team What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in a B2B or B2B2C space, driving high-impact initiatives from concept to execution in technical business areas Experience working in complex systems, with expertise in reducing complex issues down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and usability A versatile portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and highlights strong experience designing across products, platforms, and personas Experience working with design systems and identifying and extending shared patterns and behaviors Preferred Qualifications Experience working with complex enterprise systems, data platforms, and technical environments Experience driving design strategy for enterprise platform initiatives (e.g., influencing product direction from the perspective of experience design) Familiarity with Netflix's design systems and tools Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Netflix, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
