As a Senior Process and Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting program management, data analytics, and reporting activities at ICE. Key Responsibilities Provide ICE-specific mission knowledge on data, processes, field operations, strategic planning, and nuanced mission systems to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business, scrum teams, and project managers, to collect and compile information, ensuring timely responses to requests and ad hoc assignments. Facilitate client needs, issues, and challenges; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to drive process improvements. Lead support to cross-discipline team members, ensuring all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Create project deliverables, including artifacts, to ensure adherence to team compliance and quality standards. Use source data to assess the effectiveness of projects and business processes, identifying areas for improvement. Develop, gather, and disseminate information and documentation among business and technical customers in support of Project Managers. Analyze changes in requirements and recommend expedient solutions in a timely manner. Leverage advanced writing skills to translate complex issues into clear, concise narratives, and create compelling visualizations using tools like PowerPoint. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) in dynamic customer delivery environments. ICE-specific experience working with ICE data, systems, processes, and personnel. The ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance (US citizenship required). Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: The ability to translate ICE-specific mission needs into tactical execution of reports, taskings, and overall data analytics. Excellent data analytic and oral communication skills. A strong understanding of project management and data analysis principles. The ability to lead data analytics development for a team of analysts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. The capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment and lead a group of analysts to execute program tasks. The ability to foster collaborative relationships with other teams and external stakeholders. Flexibility to change direction on a moment's notice while tracking and executing tasks in progress. A clear understanding of the activities, roles, and responsibilities on large-scale IT projects.
