Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, will enable you to establish a positive rapport with every caller while adhering to federal, state, and client guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing clear and concise information to resolve client concerns * Update consumer account information during and after each call, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Identify payment options and set up payment arrangements as necessary * Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to FDCPA and FCRA federal, state, and client guidelines * Collaborate with management to ensure client/company quality standards are met * Work assigned group of accounts, prioritizing tasks to meet daily and monthly service level expectations * Provide account updates to management as required * Ensure the best interests of the company are maintained at all times * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on UDAAP and compliance policies **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service and billing experience (a plus) * Basic Microsoft Office applications * Ability to pass background check and drug screen as permitted by law * Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent problem-solving skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and compliance * Working knowledge of billing practices and techniques * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as required) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent problem-solving skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
