Senior Principal Consultant- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Specialist
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Illinois (USA) Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Specialist Location: Chicago, IL (Remotely) Duration: 12+ months Client is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Specialist to design, implement, and optimize personalized, data-driven customer experiences across digital channels. This role will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) to deliver real-time, 1:1 personalization that improves engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with marketing strategy, data analysis, and a passion for customer experience optimization. Key Responsibilities Personalization Strategy & Execution • Design and implement real-time personalization strategies across web, mobile, email, and other digital touchpoints using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization • Define customer segments, audiences, and behavioral triggers to deliver tailored experiences • Configure and manage templates, recipes, offers, and content zones Data & Integration • Work with customer data sources (CRM, CDP, web analytics, and data feeds) to enable unified customer profiles • Collaborate with technical teams to implement tracking, data ingestion, and integrations • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Testing & Optimization • Build and manage A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate personalization effectiveness • Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights • Continuously optimize personalization logic, rules, and recommendations Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Partner with marketing, product, analytics, and IT teams to align personalization initiatives with business goals • Translate business requirements into technical personalization solutions • Provide guidance and best practices for personalization across teams Reporting & Analytics • Monitor KPIs such as engagement, conversion, revenue uplift, and retention • Create dashboards and reports to communicate performance and ROI • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
