About the Role: Senior Pricing Analyst - Remote Data Entry Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Capabilities and Operations team. As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling the growth and delivery of our U.S. Consumer products and features. You will be responsible for building new capabilities, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Lending, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative lending and pricing strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Assess the feasibility of these strategies with our partners and develop detailed requirements to implement them. Drive the execution and delivery of these strategies, ensuring quality and meeting business objectives. Aid in the development of test conditions and monitoring tools to guarantee quality and assess the effectiveness of product and feature launches. Develop a roadmap for future capabilities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Evaluate business results and client impacts, using analytical skills to inform business decisions. Lead and influence cross-functional teams, translating business needs into effective features and requirements. Communicate complex ideas and results through written and oral presentations, influencing business decisions and driving outcomes. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration. Profoundly curious and enjoys innovative problem-solving, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate business results and client impacts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize multiple needs and drive detailed execution in a changing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration. Experience in financial services, particularly in lending or pricing. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools. Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
