Senior Pharmaceutical Program Lead
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Management Director - Pharmacy Operations to lead and manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of all Medicare related pharmacy benefit management (PBM) activities, new initiatives, and other ongoing business deliverables in accordance with business needs.
Ā The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PBMs, leading and implementing pharmacy programs, and developing project plans and recommendations in support of Corporate Pharmacy objectives.
Ā A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required, along with 5+ years of experience in a related field. Direct experience in leading and implementing pharmacy programs is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Leads and manages the development and implementation of policies and procedures as well as development of compliance measurements.
Ā Negotiates resources to staff projects effectively with appropriate skill sets, aligning skills to the project's needs.
Ā Coordinates development and implementation of business process improvements, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timeliness of customer service, and regulatory requirements are met.
Salary Range
$91,100.00 - $164,000.00
