Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to private cloud environments.
Monitor and maintain the performance of clients' private cloud environments.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve private cloud operations.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates on technical issues.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest private cloud technologies and industry trends to provide the most efficient and effective support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of private cloud solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for private cloud support processes and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for clients on private cloud technologies and best practices.
Continuously identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the private cloud support process.
Adhere to service level agreements and follow company policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling private cloud services.
