Responsibilities This position is considered to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of payment posting, credit balance and undistributed payment resolution, daily processing of electronic medical remittance advice, maintaining knowledge of Insurance Payer Guidelines for both government and commercial payers, as well as analyzing the teams current work flow processes and procedures. • *This role offers a hybrid work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required.
