Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Input: Analyze documents to find relevant data to add into our FACIS database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Research and Data Acquisition: Conduct additional research as necessary about the source, including contacting the data authority for guidance on how to interpret documents. Communication and Collaboration: Clearly communicate with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, and articulate data transformation processes. Project Management: Take on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work with limited oversight. Quality and Efficiency: Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items within the Data Entry queue while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Ownership and Initiative: Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results. Adaptability and Prioritization: Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities throughout the day. Attention to Detail: Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations, with a focus on accuracy and quality. Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office products. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail. Education and Experience: Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Age: Must be at least 18 years of age. Preferred Experience: Healthcare industry experience, data entry experience, and experience in data comparison are preferred.
