Du baust starke Beziehungen auf, repräsentierst Xentral auf Veranstaltungen und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams im Unternehmen zusammen, um unser Partnernetzwerk erfolgreich aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.


Deine Aufgaben:Du verantwortest den gesamten Akquise-Prozess neuer strategischer Partner – von der Identifikation bis zum finalen Vertragsabschluss.Du identifizierst proaktiv Agenturen, die zu unseren strategischen Zielen passen, und überzeugst sie durch gezielte Ansprache und ausgeprägtes Beziehungsmanagement.Du entwickelst überzeugende Value Propositions und Business Cases, die auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Business Modelle der Agenturen zugeschnitten sind.Du verhandelst Vertragsbedingungen und die Einstufung in unsere Partner-Tierings eigenständig.Du besuchst Partner vor Ort und nimmst an E-Commerce- sowie Partnerevents und -messen teil, um dein Netzwerk zu erweitern, neue Partner zu gewinnen und die Sichtbarkeit unseres Ökosystems zu stärken.Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für deine Partner-Pipeline, pflegst und optimierst deine Forecasts und hältst deine Daten im CRM (idealerweise HubSpot) stets aktuell.Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams wie Produkt, Vertrieb, Marketing und Legal zusammen, um eine reibungslose Partner-Onboarding-Phase und langfristigen Erfolg sicherzustellen.Dein Profil:Du bringst mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder Partnermanagement mit – idealerweise im B2B-SaaS, bei einer ERP- oder E-Commerce-Agentur.Du hast nachweislich strategische Partnerschaften aufgebaut oder umsatzrelevante Deals erfolgreich abgeschlossen.Du bist sicher im Value-Based Selling, in der Deal-Strukturierung und in Vertragsverhandlungen.Du bist stark im Beziehungsmanagement, kommunizierst klar auf allen Ebenen und arbeitest zielorientiert.Du beherrschst Pipeline- und KPI-Management und arbeitest routiniert mit CRM-Tools (HubSpot ist ein Plus).Du fühlst dich wohl in einem dynamischen, datengetriebenen und wachstumsorientierten Umfeld.What we offerFlexible Work Environment: Enjoy remote work options across Europe or from our office-hubs in Augsburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, and Lohne (Oldenburg), along with flexible working hours.Competitive Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits: Attractive salary packages and a generous leave policy that includes 28 annual leave days, special leave days, and nursing care days.
