Sales Analyst, Roundel - Food and Beverage (Large Enterprise and Lite)

Roundel is Target's entry into the media business, a sell-side business built on the principles of first party (people based) data, brand safe environments and proof that our marketing programs drive business results for our clients. As a Sales Analyst, Food and Beverage (Large Enterprise and Lite) you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the sales record system (Salesforce) through corresponding sales stages related to the financial process and billing. Responsibilities • Partner with the sales team to develop annual plans for clients, tying out to financial goals throughout the year and keeping both internal and external stakeholders on track towards delivering those financial goals. • Manage the cross category and seasonal programs for the team, ensuring pitches, goals, commits and briefs are completed to kick off the process with Account and Project Management. • Ensure data is entered timely and accurately to guarantee the highly visible vendor income and accounting process is completed properly. • Collaborate across the Target organization in order to synthesize data, identify and solve any billing discrepancies and questions that arise, with the ability to take initiative and research issues. • Work directly with vendors on timely payment collections. • Partner with account teams (30+ Team Members) and Leadership Teams to ensure accurate financial tracking, salesforce pipeline management and ad hoc custom reporting.
