We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Partner, Advertising Sales, to join our WM Connect team. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your consultative sales approach and relationship-building expertise to drive revenue growth and deepen brand connections with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage executive-level relationships with clients and stakeholders, including national brands and social agencies
Develop comprehensive client business plans, identifying challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client success and shape joint strategies between Walmart and clients
Presentation of Walmart advertising products and solutions to help clients achieve their marketing goals
Conduct data-driven analyses and provide consultative recommendations to align with customer objectives
Travel quarterly to Bentonville and regularly to supplier headquarters and agency partners (approximately 25% travel)
Who You Are:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on value solutions selling
Expertise in WMC products and digital solutions, including paid search, programmatic, and CTV
Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills
A strong ability to propose creative technologies and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes
Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment
Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
