Collision Operational Leadership Trainer

Tesla is seeking a curious, engaging, and driven Collision Operational Leadership Trainer to join the Collision Learning & Development (L&D) team. You will deliver training to onboard and support the performance of Collision leaders. You will ensure the effective and efficient implementation of our learning programs, including the success of training for New Site Openings. The position can be located in any of our Tesla Internal Collision Centers.
