We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security Engineer with extensive experience in operational technology (OT), network security, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience, with at least two to three years in each of the aforementioned areas. This role entails the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust security solutions for our manufacturing infrastructure, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our OT systems. The OT Security Engineer will be an integral member of a dedicated OT Cyber Security team, operating as part of the Global Information Security program. This position requires close collaboration with various Supply Chain and Plant Systems organizations and Global Information Technology teams worldwide. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.What you'll do: • Serve as a technical liaison between the IT and Operations Technology (OT) organizational units to ensure that production facilities, operations, and systems adhere to cyber security best practices. • Develop, enhance, and implement comprehensive OT security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard manufacturing environments. • Support the design and deployment of secure network architectures for OT environments. • Manage all phases of OT security projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-implementation review. This includes coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Serve as a subject matter expert for the OT Security platforms (for example: Claroty, Dragos, Armis, Nozomi, Palo Alto Networks) utilized in Colgate-Palmolive. • Provide technical support and solution consulting for the Global Supply Chain organization, enabling their organization to follow security best practices. • Collaborate with in-house Security Operations Center to enhance threat detection capabilities for manufacturing plants. • Participate in investigations to determine the root cause of security incidents. • Provide research, evaluation, testing, planning, and implementation support for platform changes across all global manufacturing sites. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA networks, and other OT environments. • 2+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing network security solutions. • 2+ years of demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex security projects. • Working knowledge of cybersecurity policies and standards relevant to OT, such as NIST 800-82 and ISA/IEC 62443. • Experience with OT asset visibility and network monitoring tools, such as Claroty, Dragos, Armis, and Nozomi. • Ability to apply cybersecurity knowledge to OT/ICS/SCADA systems to implement new cyber defense and resiliency techniques. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with network segmentation and microsegmentation. • Experience with mentoring and/or people management. • Knowledge or experience with AWS or GCP cloud services. • Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies, tools, internal/external systems, and design frameworks. A strong and broad technology background is highly preferred. • Ability to approach challenges with a security mindset. The successful candidate should possess a strong IT background with in-depth knowledge of corporate application access control, network routing, packet analysis, and cyber threat analysis. • Awareness of and experience in leveraging industry best practices for network and OT security is preferred. • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact directly with non-security personnel and serve as a security spokesperson throughout the Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $106,400.00 - $150,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
