Senior Oracle EBS Financial Technical - Grants - Talent Groups

Role Highlights Act as Technical Lead (60% technical / 40% functional) supporting and developing Oracle R12.2.x FMS. Collaborate with Workday HCM/Payroll & Finance Integration teams on data mapping and bridge integrations (POs, Invoices, GL, Grants, AR, Projects). Develop new Oracle FMS reports and update existing ones to align with Workday ERP integrations. Support 800+ OTL users and core functional areas (Grants, AP, PO, Inventory, AR, GL, HR). Work closely with IT leadership, functional users, and DBAs to ensure system stability and enhancements. Required Expertise (10+ Years) Strong in Procure-to-Pay, SLA, and General Ledger . Experience with Grants/Projects and integration with Purchasing, Payables, OTL. Hands-on with Oracle R12.2.x architecture and customizations. Proficiency in: SQL, PL/SQL, RICE Objects, Workflows Oracle Forms 10g, Reports 10g, XML & BI Publisher Oracle Applications Framework, OBIEE (preferred) UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting, Java, JavaScript Oracle DB 11g/12c, JDeveloper, SQL Developer, Toad, PuTTY Responsibilities Support and enhance FMS modules (HRMS, OTL, Inventory, PO, AP, Grants, GL). Develop, test, and implement custom solutions, interfaces, and performance tuning . Manage gap fixes, upgrades, and extensions . Collaborate with Oracle support for patches, bugs, and SR resolutions. Prepare project plans, estimates, test plans, and user documentation . Provide weekly deliverable reports and work closely with Agency IT leadership. Lead bridge integrations to Workday and support new reporting requirements.
