As a senior researcher, you will focus on developing early detection and disruption management solutions to continuously improve airline performance and operational efficiencies. You will apply leading-edge optimization methods and the latest technology to build best-in-class decision support tools in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Ph.D. in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field
Solid background in modeling, optimization, and algorithms
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing optimization tools
Excellent programming skills (C++, Python, JAVA)
Experience with algorithmic modeling language like AMPL
Experience with GIT and DevOps
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well collaboratively and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing and deploying applications to AWS is a plus.
