Post Support Technician - Overnight

Ensure the smooth operation of post-production facilities during overnight hours. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and software. Collaborate with team members and production staff to support various media platforms. Maintain and update equipment inventory and documentation. Monitor media storage systems and perform regular backups. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology.Train and assist other team members in using equipment and software. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and security. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and production staff to provide timely updates and solutions. Assist with special projects and events as needed. Act as a point of contact for overnight production staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Remain available for on-call support outside of regular working hours.Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within the department.
