This position will work with the Operations Excellence - Standards team to ensure all retail Standards and supporting operational information is optimal and clearly supports achievement of retail excellence. As a Sr. Operations Consultation Manager, you will… Support achievement of retail excellence • Collaborate with enterprise functional subject matter experts to optimize and organize operational information. • Facilitate collaboration sessions with X-functional subject matter experts. • Ensure alignment with all stakeholders on identified retail standards and the informational content to support standards achievement. • We’d Love To Hear From People With • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities • Ability to lead others; strong change management, problem solving and coaching skills • Ability to operate and influence across all levels of the organization • Strong knowledge of retail store operations, processes and procedures • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Join us and inspire with every cup.
