Client stakeholders and other consultants on the team will look up to you for business process and systems architecture advisory based on your extensive Oracle NetSuite EPM and business transformation experience.Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagementsParticipate in discovery and requirements gathering workshopParticipate in process mapping/reengineering and future state process design Advise client on standard functionality, leading practices for software and industryFunctional system configuration design, drafting requirements and design documentsCollaborate with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet Client requirementsManage scope and requirements and work within budget/allocation at all timesLead Configuration Workshops and Offline Configuration ActivitiesLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT) ActivitiesLead End User Training (EUT) and enablement planning activitiesDefine data migration strategy and lead and/or complete all data migration activitiesProvide ongoing support to Clients post go-live as neededParticipate in full-cycle EPM implementation projects, including all project phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, SupportTranslate complex business requirements and processes into technical designsPerform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and executionCollaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutionsDevelop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discoveryParticipate in project management activities such as status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change controlSupport efforts to attract new clients into the firm and with scoping new projectsContribute to internal company initiatives including go-to-market efforts, knowledge management, and enablementWillingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagementQualifications2-3+ years of end-to-end Oracle / NetSuite EPM (Account Reconciliation / Planning and Budgeting) implementation for mid-market and enterprise organizations, ideally having led 5+ full-life cycle implementationsDemonstrated background and experience in consulting or industry in areas of financial planning and analysis or accountingProficiency in all areas of financial management, financial planning and analysis, and sales and operations planningStrong interpersonal communication, written communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and organizational change management skillsStrong organizational, project management, and time management skillsAbility to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiencesExtensive familiarity with data migration plan and procedures and application integrations to FP&A systemsMastery of MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPointEagerness to serve as a mentor and leader to junior consulting resourcesAbility to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual/remote environmentWillingness to travel as needed to support in-person client engagements where required for key project milestones such as discovery/design and training (expected to be less than 20% travel)Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information SystemsWork From Home & Travel RequirementsWillingness to travel up to 30% to be on-site with clients as needed (note: this role is fully remote)Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above.
