School Nurse (RN) New Hope, MN

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in New Hope, Minnesota, to fill a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a 1:1 caseload supporting an individual student and will run from September 2, 2025, through June 3, 2026, following a 35-hour work week schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring, experienced nurse who is passionate about making a direct impact in a student’s educational experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 nursing care during school hours for a student with medical needs
• Monitor and manage the student’s care plan, including medication administration
• Communicate regularly with the school team and family
• Support the student’s safe and successful participation in daily classroom activities
• Maintain detailed health documentation in compliance with district policies

Requirements:
• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based nursing preferred
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
